$260,103.63 Settlement in Workers’ Compensation Case!

On September 21, 2016, Attorney Natalie Friedenthal settled a Workers’ Compensation case for $260,103.63. This Licensed Practical Nurse was assisting a patient when she sustained a low back injury requiring surgery and eventually resulting in failed back syndrome and S1 nerve root impingement. She worked with a vocational rehabilitation expert while receiving weekly indemnity (wage) benefits for nearly eight years prior to settlement.  She had been receiving Social Security disability benefits for the last five of those years.
