Social Security Decision – FULLY FAVORABLE!

Attorney Friedenthal celebrated another success with the appeal of a Social Security Disability Insurance denial. In this case, the claimant submitted a Request for a Decision on the Record, which resulted in Administrative Law Judge Anthony Dziepak issuing a favorable decision within 26 days of the request. Neither the attorney or the claimant need to attend the appeal hearing. Two years of retroactive benefits as well as on-going benefits will be paid to this claimant with fibromyalgia and several additional complicating conditions.
